Are you ready to become Person Centered Engagement Certified?

The Person-Centered Engagement Certification is designed for all frontline and direct support staff to gain a thorough understanding, along with the knowledge and skills, to engage residents and deliver person-centered care. The competencies learned through the PCEC instructional curriculum empowers staff to engage, interact, communicate and respond to residents in a manner that builds a spirit of community and belonging among both staff and residents.
